SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten supports the Schwarzwaldwerkstatt

Donation on the occasion of the 140th company anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group

On the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group, the SÜLZLE steel partner location in Dornstetten donates 1,400 euros to the Schwarzwaldwerkstatt, a workshop for people with disabilities. The facility is a sponsorship of the district of Freudenstadt, the Lebenshilfen Freudenstadt and Horb/Sulz for the care of mentally and multiply disabled as well as mentally ill people. At present, a workshop with 230 places for mentally disabled people and 30 places in the support and assistance area is operated, as well as a branch workshop with 85 places for mentally ill people. The Lebenshilfen advocate for the interests of disabled employees on the Board of Directors. The non-profit GmbH also operates residential homes, outlying residential groups in Dornstetten and Horb as well as other differentiated forms of living such as assisted living and family living for over 100 residents.

The donation from SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten will be used for a homemade pizza oven in the residents’ garden. Branch Manager Andreas Merkert presented a donation cheque to Ralph Uth, Managing Director of Schwarzwaldwerkstatt, on behalf of the entire Dornstetten site.
