Pandion Officehome Soul

The “PANDION OFFICEHOME Soul”, a modern office building with a daycare centre and canteen, a library, a sports room and a computer centre, is being built in the Werksviertel on the former Zündapp site. By mid-2024, 1,500 office workstations will be built on a gross floor area of approx. 45,000 m². The new building in the east of Munich will be a second location for the German Patent and Trade Mark Office. A modern mobility concept with over 400 bicycle parking spaces with adjoining shower and changing facilities, an underground car park with over 300 individual parking spaces and charging stations for e-mobility complete the overall package.

On behalf of Ed. Züblin AG, which is realising the extended building shell, the Aichach branch of SÜLZLE Stahlpartner supplied around 5,500 tonnes of sustainable reinforcing steel and Peikko MODIX screw connections until the beginning of 2023. The “PANDIONOFFICE HOME Soul” is to be certified as a sustainable building in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard. The project will also be certified according to Wired Score Gold and executed in accordance with EU taxonomy. With CO2-friendly reinforcing steel, the remaining emissions are offset by compensation – from the provision of raw materials to delivery to the construction site.
