About 1,500 reinforcement cages for bored pile reinforcement (3,270 t) and over 8,400 Peikko sockets (A+B, from SM20 to SM32 – mainly SM32) were supplied for the City Tunnel in Magdeburg by the SÜLZLE Stahlpartner branch in Dessau-Roßlau.
SÜLZLE Stahlpartner was involved in the largest bored pile project in the company’s history from June 2015 to June 2018.
The City Tunnel Magdeburg is the largest bored pile project for SÜLZLE Stahlpartner to date. Between June 2015 and June 2018, the branch in Dessau-Roßlau delivered 3,270 tons of bored pile reinforcement to the construction site in Ernst-Reuter-Allee, which corresponds to around 1,500 reinforcement cages. In addition, 8,434 Peikko joints (A+B, from SM20 to SM32 – mainly SM32) were used for this major project.
