The ground floor of the other buildings will be built in solid construction and the remaining floors in a wooden post and beam construction. The residential project will be supplied by SÜLZLE Stahlpartner from Rosenfeld with around 900 tonnes of CO2-neutralised reinforcing steel until the end of 2025. This is done by offsetting the remaining CO2 emissions – from the provision of raw materials to delivery at the construction site.
