SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dessau-Roßlau served the large housing project in Hamburg’s prime location not far from the Unilever building with around 700 tons of bored pile reinforcement. On behalf of Franki Grundbau GmbH from Seevetal, almost 1,600 bored pile baskets were produced for the four properties on Strandkai. By the end of 2022, the new Strandkai quarter with around 470 high-quality rental and condominium apartments, two luxury residential towers with a view of the Elbe Philharmonic Hall, Grimm’s fairytale worlds and the KinderKulturHaus on the ground floor as well as additional space for shops and restaurants will be built on the 14,000 m² site.
