Stainless steel mesh – made to order

Stainless steel mesh is primarily used in multi-storey car park construction in areas prone to corrosion, but also in environments where magnetism is an issue, such as laboratories and hospitals. It also offers long-term benefits in slope stabilisation and road construction. In multi-storey car park construction, the Hoesch Additiv Decke® is specifically used in accordance with approval Z-26.1-44 in materials 1.4571, 1.4362 and 1.4482.

Other stainless steel mesh panels are not yet generally approved by the building authorities.

Due to high demand, we have decided to have our own ‘in-house meshes’ welded. In individual cases, the designer must expressly approve their use. From our warehouse, we offer stainless steel meshes from stock subject to availability as follows:

  • 1.4482 (B700B NR in accordance with approval for raw material Z-1.4-261)
  • Unpickled, weld spots partially visible, tolerance +/- 2 cm
  • 5000 x 2000 mm in 100 mm and 150 mm grids with bar thickness 6 mm

Other dimensions, bar thicknesses and materials from new production are available on request at any time.
