Quality for special requirements
For your individual bore pile foundation, we manufacture the required reinforcement cages on different systems or manually and deliver them directly to your construction project. Our reinforcement cages for bored piles are manufactured in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17660 Parts 1 and 2. In special cases, we produce your cages manually applying welding or weaving techniques.
The reinforcement cages for bored piles and diaphragm walls are produced exclusively at our branch in Dessau-Roßlau.

Base material longitudinal and helical reinforcement:
Reinforcing steel in bars of steel grade B500B (material 1.0439) according to DIN 488-1:2009-08, regulated according to DIN 488-2:2009-08 and reinforcing steel in coils of steel grade B500B (material 1.0439) according to DIN 488-1:2009-08, regulated according to DIN 488-3:2009-08.
