Information on the SÜLZLE e-delivery note

Parallel to the printed delivery note, a copy of the delivery note is sent as a PDF to the e-mail address requested by the customer.

In addition to the PDF, this e-mail contains an XML file of the delivery note. This XML can be used for import and processing in IT systems.

The XML file contains all relevant planning data including the individual items and surcharges.

Information on the QR code on the delivery note

A QR code is printed on the delivery note.

It contains:

  • Delivery note number
  • Delivery date
  • VAT ID no. Customer
  • VAT ID no. Supplier
  • Project number
  • Order number

It enables you to:

  • Direct assignment of the delivery / delivery note to the project
  • Monitoring the delivery date
  • Confirmation of goods delivery
