Kutenholz

Repowering of the Kutenholz Wind Farm

At the Kutenholz wind farm in Lower Saxony, 20 existing turbines are being replaced by 13 new E-175 EP5 E2 (Enercon) wind turbines as part of a repowering project. The turbines have a combined capacity of 91 megawatts.

SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Lübeck and Seelze supplied around 1,306 tonnes of reinforcing steel and approximately 7 tonnes of steel mesh for the foundation work.

The wind farm is scheduled to come on stream in the fourth quarter of 2026.
