Trumpf: Laser factory

By 2022, the headquarters of the TRUMPF Group will have a new laser factory for the production of lasers for electromobility and the manufacture of microchips. For the state-of-the-art new building, SÜLZLE Stahlpartner from Rosenfeld has been supplying more than 6,000 tons of reinforcing steel on behalf of Ed. Züblin AG since October 2019. In the new building with a total of 44,000 square meters, around 500 employees are to be given a new workplace by the end of 2022. Cleanrooms, development laboratories and production facilities for modern laser systems are to be built in three buildings. This is the largest construction project in TRUMPF’s corporate history.
