Germany’s largest infrastructure project on the A3 motorway
The approximately 71-kilometre stretch of the A3 motorway between Biebelried and Fürth/ Erlangen is currently being upgraded. The project is the largest PPP infrastructure project in Germany. The go-ahead was given in May 2020 and a lot has already happened in the various trades since then. The SÜLZLE Stahlpartner team in Dessau-Roßlau is responsible for supplying around 40,000 tonnes of reinforcing steel. Of this, around 20,000 tonnes
tonnes of reinforcement work will be carried out professionally by SÜLZLE Armierungstechnik. The mega construction site is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
