Hafencity residential project in Hamburg

SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dessau-Roßlau served the large residential construction project in Hamburg’s prime location not far from the Unilever building with around 700 tonnes of bored pile reinforcement. On behalf of Franki Grundbau GmbH from Seevetal, almost 1,600 bored pile cages were manufactured for the four properties on Strandkai. By the end of 2022, the new Strandkai quarter will be built on the 14,000 m² site with around 470 high-quality rental and owner-occupied apartments, two luxury residential towers including a view of the Elbphilharmonie, Grimm’s fairytale worlds and the KinderKulturHaus on the ground floor, as well as additional space for shops and restaurants.
