SÜLZLE Stahlpartner supplies data centre

SÜLZLE Stahlpartner from Dornstetten supplied around 2,700 tonnes of reinforcing steel for a large data centre in Frankfurt on behalf of Schmidt-Diehler. The data centre extends over a width of around 90 metres and a length of 215 metres, spread over three floors with a gross floor area of around 40,000 square metres. The building construction combines in-situ concrete for the foundations and floor slab with semi-prefabricated parts such as TT slabs, filigree slabs, beams and cavity walls as well as fully prefabricated parts for columns to ensure the highest static requirements and stability.

Due to strict safety regulations and a tight schedule, the project required precise coordination of all trades. The punctual delivery of the steel by SÜLZLE Stahlpartner supported the smooth construction process.

Frankfurt is the largest Internet hub in the world, which is why the demand for high-performance data centres is constantly increasing. SÜLZLE Stahlpartner has already gained experience with similar projects in the past.
