SÜLZLE Stahlpartner supplies office complex in Munich
New headquarters of the Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK) – sustainable architecture meets flexibility
An innovative timber hybrid office complex is being built in Munich-Bogenhausen as the new headquarters of the Bayerische Versorgungskammer. The TRIDEA ensemble, designed by Pritzker Prize winner David Chipperfield, will be a model for many other projects with high ambitions for sustainability. The project comprises three striking structures – a 13-storey disc building and two towers with 15 and 25 storeys respectively. With a total area of 75,700 m², the complex offers space for modern working environments and future growth. The flexible interior design allows the office space to be customised to suit requirements. All workplaces benefit from natural daylight and attractive views. With its striking architecture and forward-looking concept, the new BVK headquarters sets standards for modern, sustainable office buildings. Completion is planned for 2028. On behalf of Ed. Züblin AG, which is acting as general contractor on behalf of the project developer STRABAG Real Estate GmbH, SÜLZLE Stahlpartner from Aichach is supplying around 15,000 tonnes of reinforcing steel and Peikko bolted connections for this construction project. Around 4,000 tonnes have been delivered so far.
