SÜLZLE STAHLPARTNER TAKES OVER JOSEF FIEN GMBH IN BAD SÄCKINGEN

Rosenfeld/Bad Säckingen, February 2026 – SÜLZLE Stahlpartner GmbH is acquiring Josef Fien GmbH from Bad Säckingen on 1 February 2026. Josef Fien GmbH, an established steel distributor and iron bending company, will strengthen SÜLZLE Stahlpartner’s nationwide network in southern Germany as a branch office. The acquisition brings together two family-owned companies that share the same values: partnership, sustainability and responsibility.

‘With Bad Säckingen, we are entering a region with great market potential and gaining an experienced team that shares our values. At the same time, we are expanding our portfolio in the field of stainless steel reinforcement and thus opening up new market opportunities,’ explains Heinrich Sülzle, managing partner of the SÜLZLE Group.

With 19 locations throughout Germany, SÜLZLE Stahlpartner is continuing to expand its nationwide presence while also broadening its service portfolio for alloyed reinforcing steel. The acquisition is a forward-looking step that promotes sustainable growth and secures jobs in Bad Säckingen in the long term.
