New location strengthens customer proximity in Rhineland-Palatinate
SÜLZLE STAHLPARTNER TAKES OVER RH STAHL-VERTRIEBS GMBH IN PFALZFELD
SÜLZLE Stahlpartner GmbH acquired RH Stahl-Vertriebs GmbH in Pfalzfeld on October 1, 2025, thereby expanding its nationwide branch network with another important location in Rhineland-Palatinate. SÜLZLE is investing in the Pfalzfeld site and offering new prospects to local employees, regional customers, and national business partners.
When the contract was signed in September, Heinrich Sülzle, managing partner of the SÜLZLE Group, Christa Roth-Dillenschneider, partner at RH Stahl-Vertriebs GmbH, and Christoph Pauly, managing director of RH Stahl-Vertriebs GmbH, met to officially seal the successful transition.
SÜLZLE Stahlpartner is continuously expanding its regional presence with the new branch. The comprehensive range of services and the usual contact persons for reinforcing steel, cutting, bending, and ancillary construction products will remain unchanged.

“With the new, compact location in Pfalzfeld, we are creating greater customer proximity and strengthening our delivery capabilities in the region,”
explains Konstantin König, branch manager of SÜLZLE Stahlpartner in Pfalzfeld and Bad Schönborn.
SÜLZLE Stahlpartner acquired the reinforcing steel division of WesterwaldStahl GmbH in Ransbach-Baumbach back in July 2025.
“Both locations are expanding our sales network in Rhineland-Palatinate in a sustainable manner. Customers benefit from our customer-oriented service and our group’s Germany-wide network.”
adds Heinrich Sülzle.
The family-owned company with 145 years of tradition and 18 SÜLZLE Stahlpartner branches nationwide invests specifically in innovative, sustainable structural steel solutions.
“We demonstrate our future viability above all through climate-friendly solutions in the structural steel sector.”,
emphasizes Andreas Sülzle, also managing partner.
In recent years, SÜLZLE Stahlpartner has supplied numerous large construction projects throughout Germany, including the new Terminal 3 at Frankfurt Airport. SÜLZLE Stahlpartner was also involved in the expansion of the A3 Steigerwald motorway, where up to 40,000 tons of reinforcing steel were delivered.
