SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten supports the Diakonie Dornstetten. Glatten. Schopfloch

Donation on the occasion of the 140th company anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group

06.04.2021

As part of the SÜLZLE Group, the SÜLZLE steel partner location in Dornstetten donates 1,400 euros on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of the SÜLZLE Group to the Diakoniestation Dornstetten.Glatten.Schopfloch, an outpatient care service under church sponsorship with a comprehensive care mandate for the entire community of Schopfloch, the entire community of Glatten and the town of Dornstetten. People who are dependent on outside help – whether due to old age, illness or a difficult life situation – are cared for by Diakonie. In addition to nursing care, care for the elderly and treatment care, the facility also offers support in the household, care (e.g. for dementia), family care, home emergency call and relief for relatives. In all its services, the diaconal station feels committed to a Christian image of man, which respects every human being in his or her own dignity as a creature of God. The approximately 70 employees in the areas of nursing, housekeeping and care at the Dornstetten, Glatten, Schopfloch deaconry are particularly challenged in these difficult times. Nevertheless, they care for the patients and clients in the best possible and reliable way.

The donation from SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten will be used for investments in connection with the establishment of a day care centre for elderly people in Dornstetten, a new service offered by the deaconry. Branch manager Andreas Merkert handed over a donation cheque to the management of the deaconry Mrs. Carmen Maier and the nursing service manager Mrs. Bärbel Leiser on behalf of the entire Dornstetten location.
