Customers benefit from site development

Looking back, it is only now that we become aware of all that has been achieved in recent years. Due to the continuous forward movement, it is all the more important in challenging times like these to pause and look back on the last five years: July 2017 saw the opening of the new branch in Seelze.

“We would like to say thank you to our partners, customers and especially our dedicated team on site. Thanks to the investments and the good infrastructure at the location, we can reach our clientele even faster and our delivery area and range could be significantly increased”. says Thorsten Hille, SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Division Manager Seelze.

The SÜLZLE Group had already acquired the 70,000-square-meter site of Klöckner Stahl- und Metallhandel GmbH, located in Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony, in 2016. The large-scale site with water and rail connections is home to an office building, several warehouses (approx. 15,000 m2), and various crane facilities in the open spaces. In recent years, the site has continuously invested in modern bending machines, modernized its huge halls and expanded its range of services in the area of reinforcing steel and diaphragm walls. Today, up to 60,000 tons of reinforcing steel are delivered annually to the surrounding construction sites around Hanover. In addition, customers have also been able to purchase CO2-neutral steel since 2020.
