Training center on five floors

ARBURG GmbH & Co. KG is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high-quality machines for plastics processing with headquarters in Lossburg in the northern Black Forest. In July 2017, ARBURG celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for a new training center at its headquarters and sole production site.

The new multi-storey building offers around 13.700m² of space for a hall with injection moulding machines for practical training courses for customers, training rooms for theoretical training, open-plan offices and a floor for company health management. With the new construction of the training center, ARBURG is increasing its total floor space in Lossburg to around 180.000m².

On behalf of LEONHARD WEISS Bauunternehmung, SÜLZLE Stahlpartner Dornstetten supplies this construction project with around 1.700 tons of reinforcing steel and 5.100 bolted connections. The rough building will be completed by the end of 2018. Completion is scheduled for 2020.
